Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WorkboxIn. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use WorkboxIn.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Your content

You own the content you create with WorkboxIn, including resumes and portfolio sites. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content so that we can provide the service, including publishing sites you choose to make public. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to everything you upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing.
• Do not use WorkboxIn to send spam, distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications or employment history.
• Do not scrape or overload the service or interfere with other users.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

ATS scores and career tools

ATS scores, keyword analysis and suggestions are automated guidance based on common practices. Different employers use different systems, so we cannot guarantee any result, interview or job offer.

Paid plans

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods and cancellation options are shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep WorkboxIn available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms by posting the new version here.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkboxIn will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using WorkboxIn at any time and may delete your content in the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
